Applies this exception across multiple restricted locations including Capitol Square, Commonwealth-owned buildings, air carrier airport terminals, polling places, and local government facilities

Adds the protective order exception to laws prohibiting concealed carry and carrying loaded semi-automatic rifles or high-capacity shotguns in public areas in specified Virginia cities and counties

Extends the exception to locations where electoral boards meet to ascertain election results and where recounts are conducted

Amends eight sections of the Virginia Code (§§ 15.2-915, 18.2-283.2, 18.2-287.01, 18.2-287.4, 18.2-308, 24.2-604, 24.2-671, and 24.2-802.1) to implement these changes
