Requires attorneys filing in Virginia courts of record to include their Virginia State Bar number, mailing address, email address, and telephone number on the first pleading filed in an action

Requires unrepresented parties (pro se litigants) in courts of record to provide their mailing address, email address, and telephone number (if available) on the first pleading

Clarifies that attorney addresses must be "mailing" addresses, updating language from the previous statute

Amends § 8.01-271.1 of the Code of Virginia governing the signing requirements for pleadings, motions, and other court papers
