Directs the Board of Medicine to convene a work group including plastic surgeons, primary care providers, oncologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and hospitals to create patient educational materials about breast implants

Educational materials must cover risks of complications, breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma, increased chance of autoimmune and connective tissue diseases, and other systemic symptoms

Materials must include information about aesthetic flat closure as an alternative to breast implants

Educational materials must be produced in both electronic and physical formats

Board must complete and distribute materials to its licensees by January 1, 2027
