• Expands permitted uses of dealer's license plates to allow transporting up to five gallons of fuel in a safety-approved or U.S. Department of Transportation-approved container

• Adds automotive retail stores, supply stores, and retail facilities selling automotive supplies or parts as authorized destinations for vehicles using dealer plates

• Amends Virginia Code § 46.2-1550 governing the use of dealer's and manufacturer's license plates

• Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting dealer plates on tow trucks, service vehicles, courtesy vehicles, and vehicles used for other businesses

provided by the human.
