Allows career and technical education teachers to receive credit for one year of teaching experience for each year of occupational work experience, rather than the current two years of work experience for one year of teaching credit

Applies specifically to CTE fields where licensure requirements include occupational work experience beyond the apprenticeship level

Mandates the Board of Education to promulgate implementing regulations within 280 days of enactment
