Repeals the Virginia State Apple Board and the Virginia Apple Fund effective July 1, 2028, eliminating the governing body that oversees apple industry promotion and regulation in the state.

Removes references to the Apple Board from various sections of the Virginia Code, including provisions related to Freedom of Information Act exclusions for apple producer sales data and closed meeting authorizations.

Amends multiple code sections (§§ 2.2-3705.6, 2.2-3711, 3.2-1100, 3.2-1104, 3.2-1105, 3.2-1106, 10.1-1458, and 15.2-2103.1) to delete Apple Board-related language and renumber remaining provisions.

Eliminates the entire Chapter 12 of Title 3.2 (§§ 3.2-1200 through 3.2-1217), which currently governs the Apple Board's structure, powers, assessments, and operations.
