Prohibits deployers from making AI systems publicly available in Virginia that falsely represent themselves as licensed professionals or provide individualized professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice in fields including architecture, medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, psychology, counseling, and law

Requires deployers to provide clear, conspicuous notice to users when they are interacting with an AI system if a reasonable person would be misled into believing they are communicating with a human

Grants the Attorney General exclusive enforcement authority with a mandatory 30-day cure period before any action can be initiated against violators

Authorizes civil penalties up to $7,500 per violation, plus injunctive relief and recovery of attorney fees and investigation expenses

Explicitly excludes private right of action, meaning only the Attorney General can bring enforcement actions under this section
