Directs the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia to create a publicly viewable Animal Cruelty List on the state's online case information system by January 1, 2028

Covers persons charged or convicted on or after July 1, 2026, of cruelty to animals, animal fighting, maiming/killing/poisoning animals, or killing/injuring police animals

Database will include the offender's name at the time of charge or conviction, the specific offense, and the date and jurisdiction of the charge or conviction

List will be accessible through the existing publicly viewable case information system established under Virginia Code § 17.1-293.1
