Amends Virginia Freedom of Information Act (§ 2.2-3705.1) to explicitly exclude home addresses, personal email addresses, and home and personal phone numbers of public body officers, officials, and employees from mandatory disclosure requirements

Custodians retain discretion to disclose excluded personnel contact information unless otherwise prohibited by law

Public access remains guaranteed for employee names, positions, job classifications, official salaries, rates of pay, and expense reimbursements

Employees who are subjects of personnel records maintain the right to access their own information, and those 18 or older may waive protections in writing to allow disclosure
