Requires a high-quality computer-generated animation showing fertilization and every stage of human development from conception to birth, with markers for cell growth and organ development

Applies these video and animation requirements to both general health education and any family life education curriculum that covers sexual activity and pregnancy

Amends Virginia Code sections 22.1-207 (Physical and health education) and 22.1-207.1:1 (Family life education)
