Expands prohibited practices for kratom product sales under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act to include banning sales of products containing synthesized materials, semi-synthetic alkaloids, or synthetic kratom-like compounds.

Prohibits kratom products containing more than 2% 7-hydroxymitragynine of total alkaloids or more than 1 milligram of 7-hydroxymitragynine per serving.

Bans kratom products adulterated with dangerous or controlled substances, as well as products designed for combustion, vaporization, or injection.

Prohibits kratom products manufactured, packaged, or marketed in ways attractive to children, and requires kratom extract products to meet residual solvent limits.

Changes required product labeling from "guidance" to "disclosure" stating the product may be harmful, has not been FDA evaluated, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
