Adds full-time salaried 911 dispatchers at public safety answering points to the list of employees eligible for enhanced Virginia Retirement System benefits equivalent to State Police Officers' Retirement System benefits

Joins existing categories of employees eligible for enhanced benefits, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and regional jail officers

Enhanced benefits apply only to service earned on or after July 1, 2027, though employers may choose to extend benefits to service earned before that date

Requires employers to adopt a resolution approved by the VRS Board to provide the enhanced benefits for their 911 dispatchers

Effective date is July 1, 2027
