Maintains the existing $70 fee for certification hearings and competency or treatment orders under Chapter 11

Fees for physicians, psychologists, mental health professionals, interpreters, and appointed attorneys remain unchanged at $120 per commitment hearing and $70 per certification hearing

All fees and expenses continue to be paid by the Commonwealth but remain recoverable from the person subject to the hearing or their estate, except when no good cause for admission exists or recovery would create undue financial hardship
