Authorizes the Department of Wildlife Resources to accept a reciprocal 50-foot-wide easement from A-1 Land LLC for vehicular access to the Highland Wildlife Management Area from State Route 615

Both easements follow the centerline of the existing roadbed along Davis Run Road in Highland County, Virginia

Requires approval from the Department of General Services and Secretary of Administration, with legal form approved by the Attorney General
