Directs the Department of Health to convene a work group to evaluate the Virginia State Anatomical Program's policies, procedures, and finances

Work group membership includes representatives from the Program, medical schools, universities, allied health programs (physician associate and physical therapy), research facilities, Virginia Association of Human Anatomical Sciences, and Virginia Intercollegiate Anatomy Laboratory

Requires evaluation of current donor needs given the expanding number of medical and educational programs in Virginia

Work group must examine whether additional funding is needed and provide recommendations to revise procedures, policies, or propose statutory language to improve donor procurement, distribution, and disposition

Findings and recommendations due to the House Committee on Health and Human Services and Senate Committee on Education and Health by November 1, 2026
