Requires health insurers, corporations, and HMOs to cover at least one opioid antagonist (overdose reversal medication) dispensed via oral, written, or standing order from a prescriber

Mandates that covered opioid antagonists be placed on the lowest cost-sharing tier of the insurer's prescription drug formulary

Prohibits insurers from imposing prior authorization or step therapy requirements for opioid antagonist coverage

Applies to individual and group accident and sickness policies delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2027

Exempts short-term travel, accident-only, limited disease policies, Medicare supplement plans, and short-term nonrenewable policies of six months or less
