Directs the Board of Education to assess the feasibility of establishing a Virginia African American, Asian American, Pacific Islander, Latino, and Indigenous Education Advisory Board

The proposed advisory board would advise the Governor and General Assembly on how these groups' histories are represented in Standards of Learning, curriculum frameworks, and classroom instruction

Would also develop strategies for creating elective courses in African American, Asian American and Pacific Islander, Latino, and Indigenous history and social studies

Board of Education must recommend membership structure, advisory powers and duties, and implementation strategies for the proposed advisory board

Report with findings and recommendations due to the Governor and education committee chairs by November 1, 2026
