Requires recommendations on incentives to encourage data center adoption of alternative energy technologies in Virginia

Work group membership includes representatives from Virginia Economic Development Partnership, data center industry, electric utilities, state agencies, and other stakeholders

Report with findings and recommendations due to House Committee on Labor and Commerce and Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor by September 1, 2026
