Reduces the initial payment required for tenants to participate in the Eviction Diversion Program from 25% to 10% of the amount owed on unlawful detainer

Changes eligibility criteria to require tenants to have "income" rather than being "employed" to qualify for the program

Replaces late payment restrictions with new eligibility requirements: tenants cannot owe outstanding rent under any payment plan from the last 12 months or have defaulted on any rent payment plan in that period

Removes the restriction that tenants cannot have exercised the right of redemption within the last six months

Requires general district courts implementing the program to attach information about the program and eligibility criteria to any unlawful detainer summons

Adjusts the payment schedule so remaining payments after initial court appearance are split into three equal 30% installments due by the fifth of each subsequent month
