Database includes offender name, year of birth, physical description, photograph, conviction date, jurisdiction, offense details, Code section violated, and punishment imposed

Covers repeat convictions for homicide, abduction, assault, robbery, sexual offenses, arson, protective order violations, stalking, certain weapons offenses, and crimes against minors committed against intimate partners or family members

Allows individuals to petition for removal from the database if their conviction was expunged or if they have remained conviction-free for seven years, subject to court approval after a public safety determination

Requires the database to be completed and operational by July 1, 2027
