Requires electric utilities to assess energy storage resources through appropriate modeling that accounts for economic charge and discharge times and represents various economic scenarios

Adds energy storage resources to the list of demand-side investments that electric utilities must systematically evaluate when preparing integrated resource plans

Requires utilities to develop long-term plans to integrate new energy storage resources into existing generation and distribution assets to assist with grid transformation
