Extends prohibitions on certain conduct at polling places to also apply to absentee voting locations, voter satellite offices, and ballot drop-off locations.

Expands the firearm-free zone from 40 feet to 100 feet around polling places, electoral board meeting locations, voter registration offices, and State Board of Elections meeting places.

Requires "Prohibited Area" notices for firearm restrictions to be posted within 100 feet of polling place entrances, rather than the previous 40-foot boundary.

Exemptions from the firearm prohibition remain for law enforcement officers, retired qualified law enforcement officers, persons on their own private property within the zone, and licensed armed security officers performing their duties.

Violations of the firearm prohibition at polling places constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor.
