Directs the Secretary of Public Safety to convene a work group to develop policy and legislative recommendations for establishing the Virginia Gun Violence Prevention Center

Creates a 20-member work group including 2 House delegates, 1 senator, representatives from public safety, health and human resources, education, labor, the Attorney General's office, and gun violence prevention advocacy organizations

Includes representatives from the University of Virginia and Virginia State University, along with a Commonwealth's attorney and a defense attorney

Authorizes the work group to meet in-person or virtually, conduct small group breakouts, and collaborate with outside experts

Requires the work group to submit findings and specific legislative and policy recommendations by December 15, 2026, to House and Senate leadership and relevant committee chairs
