Establishes a formal review process when a Commonwealth's attorney designates a law-enforcement officer as having witness impeachment evidence (Brady/Giglio material) that must be disclosed in criminal prosecutions

Requires the Commonwealth's attorney to notify the officer and their employing agency within 7 days of making such a designation, specifying the action taken and available remedies

Grants designated officers 21 days to request review of the evidence and 21 days to file written objections disputing either the factual basis or whether the conduct meets constitutional disclosure requirements

Prohibits law enforcement agencies from disciplining or terminating officers solely due to the witness impeachment designation, though discipline based on the underlying conduct remains permitted

Adds new section 19.2-268.4 to the Code of Virginia governing the designation and objection procedures
