Directs the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, in collaboration with the Department of Education, to develop a plan to expand the Postsecondary Education Rehabilitation Transition (PERT) Program

Requires consultation with Virginia Association of Community Services Boards, public school and postsecondary program representatives, transitioning students and their guardians, and other stakeholders

Aims to increase the number of students assisted in transitioning from high school to postsecondary programs, including work-based programs, day programs, and independence and life skills-based programs

Requires the plan to identify methods to equip local community services boards with resources to assist more students and publish online resources about the transition process, guidelines, requirements, and points of contact

Mandates development of an online dashboard providing information about postsecondary education programs, including data on support levels, student expectations, skills taught, and standards to help identify best-fit programs
