Northern Neck Middlesex Free Health Clinic has served uninsured and underserved residents of Virginia's Northern Neck and Middlesex communities for over 30 years since opening in 1993

The clinic provides medical care, dental care, behavioral health services, and pharmacy services from its main facility in Kilmarnock with outreach offices in Middlesex and Westmoreland Counties

Nearly 20,000 individuals have received care since the clinic's founding, with 2024 statistics including over 2,250 patients served, 11,000 patient visits, 13,500 prescriptions filled, and 13,600 dental procedures completed

The clinic operates through partnerships with VCU School of Dentistry, Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic, Virginia Poverty Law Center, and other organizations

The General Assembly formally commends the clinic for its legacy of service to the Commonwealth
