Sincere B. Allah, Virginia State Organizer for REFORM Alliance and criminal justice reform advocate, died on February 13, 2026, following an acute mental health crisis.

After serving more than two decades of incarceration, he dedicated his life to probation reform, sentencing reform, and second-look legislation, frequently sharing lived experience with state officials.

Governor Ralph S. Northam granted him a pardon in 2022 in recognition of his transformation and contributions to society.

He mentored youth through Creating a Safer Environment (C.A.S.E.) and volunteered at detention centers and schools throughout Virginia.

The General Assembly formally notes his passing and directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of the resolution to his family.
