In 2025, the train distributed more than 15,000 toys, 6,000 train safety books, and 5,000 bags with cold-weather gear at 15 stops along its route

Southwest Virginia communities served include Toms Bottom, Haysi, Clinchco, Fremont, Dante, St. Paul, Dungannon, Fort Blackmore, Kermit, and Waycross

Sponsors and partners include Appalachian Power, Food City, the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, along with CSX employees and volunteers who pack supplies

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to CSX
