Commends the Iranian-American Community Center on its 10th anniversary, recognizing nearly a decade of serving as a cultural hub for Iranian-Americans in Northern Virginia

The center opened its first 2,000-square-foot location in Vienna in 2016 as a nonprofit to preserve and promote Iranian culture in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area

Programs include art gallery exhibitions, movie screenings, poetry readings, traditional Iranian music lessons, cooking events, theatre productions, and the annual Pars Day celebration

The center expanded to a 10,000-square-foot facility in Tysons Corner in June 2024 to accommodate growing community needs and programming

The center received the ArtsFairfax Impact Award in 2025; the resolution directs copies be presented to the organization and its seven founding members
