Child Health Partnership is commended on its 35th anniversary of providing services to children and families in Charlottesville and Albemarle, Fluvanna, and Louisa Counties

The organization began in 1991 as community nursing services through the Thomas Jefferson Health District, became an independent nonprofit in 2008, and was renamed Child Health Partnership in 2019

Since its founding, the organization has served more than 5,750 children (including 600 refugee children), supported over 3,600 families (including 700+ pregnant women), and provided more than 80,000 home visits and 12,000 developmental screenings

The General Assembly directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to Child Health Partnership
