Authorizes the General Assembly to elect seven Circuit Court judges for eight-year terms across the 4th, 10th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, and 27th Judicial Circuits, with terms commencing between April and July 2026.

Provides for election of eleven General District Court judges for six-year terms across nine judicial districts, with terms beginning between April and November 2026.

Authorizes election of eight Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court judges for six-year terms across eight judicial districts, with terms commencing between April and August 2026.

Establishes procedure requiring a joint committee of six members (three from each house) to count votes and report election results to their respective chambers.
