Authorizes the General Assembly to elect eight Circuit Court judges for eight-year terms across the Fourth, Tenth, Twelfth, Twenty-first, Twenty-second, Twenty-fourth, and Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuits, with terms commencing between April and July 2026.

Provides for election of 14 General District Court judges for six-year terms across multiple judicial districts, including the Fourth, Sixth, Tenth, Twelfth, Fifteenth, Eighteenth, Twenty-first, Twenty-third, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-seventh, and Twenty-ninth districts.

Authorizes election of 10 Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court judges for six-year terms across the First, Twelfth, Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Eighteenth, Twenty-second, Twenty-fourth, and Twenty-eighth judicial districts.

Establishes the procedural rules for the joint legislative session, including appointment of three-member committees from each house to count votes and report results.

All judicial terms commence at various dates throughout 2026, ranging from April 1 to December 1.
