Mandates evaluation of current data collection methods with recommendations for improvements, including streamlined questions, nuanced compliance response options, and open-ended feedback fields

Requires JLARC to determine staffing needs and funding estimates for ensuring accuracy in compliance data, building on 2020 findings that only one employee oversaw data compliance for the entire Commonwealth

JLARC must complete meetings by November 30, 2026, and submit an executive summary by the first day of the 2027 General Assembly session
