Authorizes the General Assembly to elect 13 Circuit Court judges for 8-year terms across multiple judicial circuits, with terms commencing between February 2026 and July 2026.

Provides for election of 18 General District Court judges for 6-year terms across various judicial districts, with start dates ranging from February 2026 to January 2027.

Establishes election of 16 Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court judges for 6-year terms, serving multiple judicial districts with terms beginning between April 2026 and January 2027.

Directs election of one member each to the State Corporation Commission and Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, both for 6-year terms commencing February 1, 2026.

Clarifies that Kelsey A. Bagot's term as State Corporation Commission member shall be six years ending January 31, 2030, as required by the Virginia Constitution.
