In 1 out of 10 patients, cardiac arrest or sudden death is the first symptom of the condition

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to transmit copies of the resolution to the American Heart Association and the SADS Foundation

Requires the designation to be posted on the General Assembly's website
