Commemorates the life of Mirabella Jean Michael Ward, a Bland County student who passed away on December 22, 2025

Recognizes her as a student at Bland Elementary School who demonstrated a love for learning and formed meaningful relationships with classmates and staff

Honors her participation in travel basketball, softball, cheerleading, and beauty pageants, as well as her active membership at Wilderness Creek Church of God where she was baptized in 2025

Acknowledges her courage and faith in facing a cancer diagnosis, which inspired her family and community

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of the resolution to her surviving family, including parents Christopher and Christy and brother Hunter
