Recognizes her 30 years of service at Virginia Bell Atlantic and her educational achievements, including a bachelor's degree in theology, master's in Christian education, and doctoral degree from Cornerstone College and Seminary

Notes her ordination into the Gospel Ministry on September 24, 2016, and her multiple leadership roles at Mount Zion Baptist Church including director of Christian Education Ministry

Honors her historic achievement as the first woman to serve as second vice moderator of the Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist Association, along with numerous leadership positions in ministers' wives organizations at state, regional, and international levels

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to Reverend Dr. Wormley
