Commends the Fairfax Stars basketball program on its 30th anniversary in 2026, recognizing the volunteer-driven nonprofit founded in 1996 in Fairfax County for AAU travel basketball

Program has won eight AAU Girls National Championships and five additional national championships while drawing student-athletes from across Virginia including Hampton, Richmond, Winchester, Fredericksburg, and Northern Virginia

More than 400 student-athletes have earned college athletic scholarships, and 13 former players have been drafted into the WNBA, including Jasmine Thomas who played 13 WNBA seasons

Organization provides year-round programming including tournaments, camps, clinics, and charitable initiatives such as the annual THINK PINK tournament promoting breast cancer awareness

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to the program under founder and executive director Aggie McCormick
