Honorees are CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (employee-owned digital transformation company with 30 years of operation), John Marshall Bank (community bank serving the D.C. Metro Area since 2006), Dominion Energy (Commonwealth's largest utility serving over 2 million homes and businesses), and ServiceMaster National Capital Restoration (family-owned cleaning and restoration business celebrating its 40th anniversary)

Recognition presented at THE BEST Business Awards Celebration, which honors businesses known for high quality products, excellent customer service, and community commitment

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare copies of the resolution for presentation to the honorees
