Acknowledges her community service through Richlands Presbyterian Church, Abingdon Presbytery, Presbyterian Children's Home of the Highlands, and Clinch Valley Medical Center Board of Trustees

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of this resolution to her surviving family
