Honors his pastoral leadership at Covesville Baptist Church for over 40 years beginning in 1983, during which he ordained 11 ministers including his wife

Acknowledges his community contributions as former owner and CEO of Joe N. Chambers, Jr. Logging and Trucking Company and service on the Buckingham County Department of Social Services board

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of the resolution to Reverend Chambers
