Commends We Off the Couch, a Richmond-based nonprofit founded in 2019 by Anthony Clary, Sr. to advance health equity through running and fitness programs

Organization has grown from 2 runners to over 1,200 members who meet three times weekly for community runs, including a ladies-only run and Saturday morning events

Provides training and financial support for more than 500 individuals to run races and recently launched Kids off the Couch, offering afterschool programming at Fairfield Court Elementary School

Received funding from the Richmond Health Equity Fund in 2025 and The Robins Foundation to expand programs addressing health disparities in predominantly Black and underserved neighborhoods

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of the resolution to Anthony Clary, Sr. and the We Off the Couch community
