House Resolution commending the Miss Isle of Wight County Fair Scholarship Pageant, which has celebrated leadership, community service, and county fair advocacy since 2000

Pageant was established by Rhonda Pugh Demsko (now Ostman) and Alan Nogiec to create an ambassadorial platform for young women while strengthening connections to the Virginia Association of Fairs

Leadership transitioned through multiple directors: Rhonda Ostman (first 12 years), Katie Callow and Kaitlin Gudger (2013-2014), and Jenilee Hallman and Regine Walme-Edwards (2018-present)

Representatives from the pageant have competed at the Miss Virginia Association of Fairs Pageant, with numerous titleholders earning top placements at the state level

Resolution directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy to current directors Jenilee Hallman and Regine Walme-Edwards
