Held leadership positions across multiple divisions including internal affairs, patrol, special operations, professional standards, and criminal investigations

Served on specialized teams including the defensive tactics team, crisis negotiation team, field training officer program, and peer support team

Graduated from Liberty University and attended the National Criminal Justice Command College; previously served with the University of Virginia Police Division

Also serves as the Culpeper District representative on the Commonwealth Transportation Board
