Operation Breaking Through, Inc. is commended by the Virginia House of Delegates for its legacy of service helping underserved individuals in Hampton Roads become self-sustaining and productive citizens

The organization operates two food pantries, participates in a USDA program for low-income families, runs a diaper distribution program with the Greater Hampton Roads Diaper Bank, and offers gang prevention and project management training programs

The organization collaborates with local nonprofits, private agencies, and faith organizations to develop support networks and has helped emerging nonprofit organizations grow through guidance and mentorship
