Championed community investments including housing initiatives in Villa Heights, water and sewer infrastructure extensions, and workforce housing opportunities

Supported quality of life projects such as expansion of Dick and Willie Trail, development of Philpott Marina, and enhancements to Smith River Sports Complex

Served as longtime volunteer EMT and Fieldale-Collinsville Volunteer Rescue Squad board member while also operating Bryant Radio Supply Inc.
