Commends Braden Health for reopening Stuart Community Hospital in Patrick County on January 5, 2026, restoring hospital services after an eight-year absence

Braden Health purchased the former hospital at auction in November 2024 for approximately $600,000 and invested over $15 million in private capital to renovate the 63,000-square-foot facility without taxpayer funding

The reopened facility operates as a 25-bed critical access hospital with an emergency department, radiology services, pharmacy, operating rooms, and a 64-slice CT scanner

The hospital reopening created more than 150 jobs, with many positions filled by Patrick County residents

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present copies of the resolution to Braden Health leaders Beau R. Braden, D.O., Kyle Kopec, and Larry Henson
