Became one of the first schools in Virginia Beach to implement year-round education and later joined with Newtown and Diamond Springs Elementary Schools to form the Bayside Tri-Campus, the first elementary tri-campus in the division

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to the school
