Commends Ashburn Presbyterian Church on its 150th anniversary in 2026, having been founded in 1876 as Farmwell Presbyterian Church in what was then the village of Farmwell

The church sanctuary, built in 1878, is one of the only Carpenter Gothic churches in Northern Virginia and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places

In 1971, the congregation elected its first women elders: Ruth Boone Judd, Betty Rowland, and Marian Eamich

The church experienced significant growth in the 1990s, expanding to include a fellowship hall, new sanctuary, staff offices, and preschool classrooms

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to present a copy of the resolution to Reverend Robert Zemke, Pastor of Ashburn Presbyterian Church
