Chapter was officially incorporated on October 16, 2016, as the 236th chapter nationally and 30th in the Mid-Atlantic region

Organization focuses on nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, and social growth of young people in the Greater Fredericksburg community

Chapter originated in 2015 when the Mothers of the Greater Rappahannock Area Provisional Group began toy drives and youth outreach programs

Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to the organization
